What using the platform means

These terms explain how you can use nnudo. By using the platform, you accept them. If you don't agree with them, it's best not to use it.

What we do

nnudo connects runners with mountain races: we help organizers publish and manage their events, and runners sign up easily. We don't organize the races: each event is run by its organizer.

What we expect from you

• That the information you give us when signing up is true and up to date.
• That you use the platform in good faith and within the law.
• That you don't do anything that could harm or disrupt how it works.
• That you look after your access credentials and don't share them.

Payments

Registration payments are processed through a secure payment provider. We don't store your card details.

The price and conditions of each registration are set by the race organizer, and it's with them that you deal with everything related to your participation in the event.

Cancellations and refunds

The conditions for cancelling a registration or requesting a refund are decided by each race's organizer. As we only connect the two parties, we don't make decisions about refunds on our own, without affecting the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

Platform content

The design, brand and content of nnudo belong to nnudo or to the relevant party. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our responsibility

We are not responsible for the organization or the running of the races published by organizers. We work to keep the platform running well, although we cannot guarantee it will be available without interruptions for reasons beyond our control.
