At nnudo we take your privacy seriously. We are the ones who handle your data, and we treat it with care. If you have any questions about your privacy, write to us at ismail@nnudo.com.
We only ask for what's needed to sign you up for a race and complete the payment: your first and last name, ID number, email, date of birth and some registration details, such as the distance, club or shirt size. If the race requires it, we may also ask for health data, such as allergies or an emergency contact, to look after your safety during the event.
We use your data to manage your registration, charge for the bib, send you race information (confirmations, notices and results) and comply with what the law requires of us. We don't use it for anything else without telling you first.
Health data is especially sensitive, so we only use it if you give us permission and only to safeguard your safety during the race. You can withdraw that permission whenever you want.
To make everything work we rely on trusted companies that help us with specific tasks and that only process your data following our instructions:
We also share with the race organizer the information essential to your participation, and with public authorities when the law requires us to.
We keep your data for as long as we need it for what we've described and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires us to keep it. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can't identify you.
At any time you can ask us to:
For any of these, write to us at ismail@nnudo.com and we'll help you. You can also withdraw any permission you've given us whenever you want, without affecting anything we did before.
